Welcome to THE CAVE. Here you will find a friendly atmosphere. We race on Friday nights starting at 7pm Oct-Mar. Some trophy races are run Saturday nights, so check the schedule.
You can find directions, and all you need to know can be found on the information page. As you can see we race Late Models, Pure Stocks, all in big 1/24th scale! We race Sprint Cars also. All classes are a lot of fun. It is 6 lanes of fun on battery power for lots of amperage!
The inside lanes are squeezed so you need to navigate like a real dirt track. If you come and want to check it out, racers here are always willing to let you use a car for the night to see if you like it. But, beware, once you race here you will get hooked!
Get ready for qualifying, B-Mains, C-mains, some D-mains and the finally the A-Main. We have some general rules, and we have choice of chassis, much like the real late models. You may even see a real racer from local Dirt tracks, or go cart tracks, a mix of talent. Come join the chassis wars!
Lap counting and scoring is done by computer. Vicky runs the show and does a lot for us, thanks Vicky! Entry fee is no cost with the exception of Trophy night when $5 covers the cost of trophies and prize money.
Track owner Rick Williamson can be reached evenings at 540.636.1380. Also Rick sells these bodies, and call him or come to THE CAVE to get one! They are true to detail, and look good racing around the track!
There are a lot of imitators, but only ONE CAVE SPEEDWAY!
